Christian Child-Centered Play Therapy is a simple and effective idea and model for helping a child find healing and growth with their mental health. It is based on the idea that all people are made in the image of God and desire to be healthy. As a child enters the playroom, they play with whatever toy(s) appeal to them, and as they play, their needs reveal themselves. In the therapeutic relationship, they are provided a safe place to explore their needs and receive helpful guidance from their therapist.
